This might be slightly off-topic but I guess it´s still related somehow:
Why are the plain textures you can take from the editor and use them in say...
photoshop... so messy? I love being able to do custom skins, but it seems to me before I can really get started with creating stuff from the scratch (I did some skin, but there all basically coulor changed and edited a bit) I have to find out where all the pieces of texture end, because the originals I got from the editor are not exactly exact. For example: the EG-Xs front wing piece is very different on both sides and just don´t want to go and find the borders by doing it pixel for pixel.
Call me lazy, but shouldn´t the original skins used to create the game more exact?
