That is either reflective of how little/short a concentration span today's video game players have, or how wussy they are in regards to actually "Learning" a game.
It seems "instant trophy gratification" is the point.
I'm sort of getting into that "Trophy Hit" myself, but only because that's pretty much all the satisfaction your labial to get out of today's games.
Where's the "in-game" Challenge?
The one that you beat, then it opened up a whole newer/harder/faster level?
You don't get that any-more.
I remember beating the "Piranha Challenge" for the first time in WO 2097.
YAH!, It opened up new tracks and a whole new speed class!
Give me that sort of satisfaction in a game now days.....please!
