I guess if someone admits it and gets a hard time from people then no-one else is going to admit it and paranoia will reign, like never before.

I suggest an amnesty, i.e. a thread where people can own up to use of a glitch, can promise never to use it again, and no-one will say anything bad about it.

As for me, well I mainly race at Phantom, but can't deny these things cross my mind when a lead suddenly disappears, and when I suddenly see brand new players beating everyone. I had good faith before. These things were brought up with me ages ago, but I didn't want to start accusing people without any proof, so I suggested that, if it couldn't be discussed neutrally then best not to start something at all. It's come out eventually and I hope word hasn't spread too far.

@DjM1zw1z - Like I said, I don't see anyone trusting your times now. However, you can help us all out, and perhaps go some way to gaining some appreciation from folks. Firstly, you can let us (or me, or someone you trust) know how many others you know of who used this glitch, as well as the source of it. This way we can get a better idea whether it's anything to worry about. If you know people who use it then I would actively discourage them to use it and encourage them to own up to it. I'll start a thread where they can do so and will 'lay the smackdown' as it were, on anyone who gives them grief.

This is really all I can think of to help the situation. Show of hands from anyone who supports this approach?

Stop making me feel bad. But seriously, if anyone ever has any suggestions on how that might have happened then let me know on my profile or something. It's always baffled me.
