The format is you play each team from your own group once, then your split into 2 groups again based on your position (eg. 1st place from group A pairs up with 3rd place also from group A, plus 4th, and 5th from group B).
After playing your 2nd group races your then split into 2 groups for a 3rd and final final time, this time however 1 group consists of only 4 teams fighting for the 1st 4 positions (1st and 2nd places from the 2 previous groups), with the other being a "runners-up" group consisting of the remaining 6 teams battling for 5th/10th position.
This way no one is eliminated, you get to play (hopefully) 7 or so of all 10 teams entered, and we all enjoy it right until the last day
The question at the moment - is can we come up with a simple way of incorporating more than just weapon races into the tournament, thanks to Sat we might be onto something on that front

if so, funny you'd say that, i mentioned only recently "that what floats someones boat might not float anothers", so we should stick to the normal "truest" form of wipeout, despite lag, vista pads, and all the other rubbish that might come with it.
