You will need to keep adding people until you have more than 8, 10+ is best as some won't be available (ie real life), choose a fixed time and date and get a chat room running before the race.

Someone must decide to be the host.

I have the trophy and will gladly help others if I know when I'm required.

On hosting, I haven't hosted a game since the v1.30 update so I'm not sure how reliable it'd be. I rather be invited into one anyway.

To get this BB session organised from my experience you need to do the following;

Tell people that you will be the host.
Add everyone to your friends list.
Set a time which suits everyone.
Remind everyone to wear a silver/chrome skin!
At the arranged time, create a single race for Friends only. Everyone will jump in as soon as they see it, I can assure you.
Once 8 racers are there, start the race.

Sorry mate, but if you don't do it that way you will waste a sunny Sunday afternoon waiting for enough people and get very frustrated

Hosting is actually very easy, after all, you get to choose the race!

From my experience you will need 10+ people as some people won't be able to make it.

I wish to help you and others get the trophy, if you have a definite time, I don't mind pausing the F1 Monaco GP for 10 minutes on Sunday afternoon.
