Anyone get the feeling recently that Ministry of Sound is more or less on autopilot at this point? Their compilations are getting BORING in my opinion... mostly they are just picking the top stuff off beatport, the minimal blippy junk, either that or commissioning dance cover versions of whatever crap is in the UK charts. Anyway. These days I prefer artist albums or compilations like this series (direct iTunes link) http://electricnation2010.com/tracks

If there is any song that epitomizes the 90's it has to be Underworld - Born Slippy , even though I was only 10 years old when this came out I absolutely loved it then and its a good trip down memory lane to listen to it again now .

I was listening to Feisar by Sasha the other day on my PSP and well, I found out this strange bug:

    __[Click to enlarge]

I checked other WipEout 3 tracks (I ripped them from the disc image) and all seem to be doing it except Xpander which I re-encoded in 44100 kHz because it was 48000 kHz originally and would not play in PULSE.
Strangely enough, if I don't fast forward the track, it really lasts 4:04, but when I do fast forward almost all the track, the length shoots up to 20 minutes.

That was on the soundtrack [the first one] of Trainspotting. Probably my favourite track on it. Great movie, too.

Worst toilet in Scotland. Which actually turned into a cool scene, though.

Awesome progressive shows that repeat many times with new episodes every month .

Give it a listen when you have time. When they aren't playing Tech/Electro/Minimal/Tribal, they are playing very VERY good stuff.
