I loved that game, brings back flashbacks of 1999. One of the circuits on that game called Hot Air Skyways reminds me of that Sol2 circuit on Wipeout Pure. Go too fast and you'll fall of the edge and you're ****ed. Music is so old school. love it.

That was the last Crash Bandicoot game by Naughty Dog. Its a shame that Naughty Dog sold the naming rights on the Crash Bandicoot series, cause nearly every title after that became ****. Another Playstation original classic lost. Thank God Wipeout didnt suffer the same fate. I honestly thought that Wipeout Fusion was going to be the last Wipeout title ever for a while after 2001. But it didnt, I was ecstatic when i heard about the developments for Wipeout Pure as a release title for the PSP.

OMG, I used to LOVE Crash Team Racing!

Cortex Castle will always be my favorite track in that game...although Oxide Station is a close 2nd.

I really liked the last Metal Gear Solid (With the boss fight in the field of flowers) but I'm still on the fence for this one. I honestly don't know. I don't plan on getting it tomorrow though, for sure. That's partly because I don't know the whole story, so while the last Metal Gear was enjoyable as a game I was really confused with the story (Although I kinda figured out who the bad guy was hahaha).

    On PS3 alone:
    Blast Factor
    Super Stardust HD
Rocketmen [Get the other four before that one, I heard it's quite bad]
Novastrike [Not sure about this one]
    Everyday Shooter
    On X-Box 360:
Geometry Wars [Obviously. That's also the only one I know]
    PSP:
Polygun Wars (Homebrew) [Geometry Wars for PSP]
No Gravity The Plague of Mind (To be released) [Demo available for CFW]
    R-Type Command (PSN Game)
    Many other homebrews

    I wouldn't say it's dead just yet.
touche...i do have blast factor and super stardust hd...absolutely love stardust...one of the best translations of the genre to 3D i reckon...

shmups will never die, the idea is timeless. I like any quality ones, but my favourites are horizontal scrollers like Thunderforce and R-Types...... with their cheesy Space-Jazz, psychedelia and the fact you cannot rest..... I`m not particularly good at them, but I love them all the same. I want a PS3 R-Type Final 2, which is a contradiction but nevertheless would love it.

This has to be the game of the year for me so far, if you have a PS3, go buy it now, you will not regret it!

It's got a really complicated HUD. I was on vent with some forum mates and they were busy mining somewhere or other. Anyhow, I launched, worked out how to speed up and slow down, and quit. I was tired, and wasn't really in the mood for learning a whole new game as big as that one. Also, I could see me REALLY getting into Eve, and it's not something I have to time to devote to - so I took the sensible option of not getting into it

Got it the day after launch...straight after I handed in my 130-paged thesis...far out...my brain was melted by then...

Been playing since then and I have to say...this game has so much polish...I'm tempted to buy another copy just for keep sake...

I've been distracted with online at the moment...if you're ever on...look for my psn id...

    MGS4 friggin rocks...

Tried the babylon 5 freespace conversion 2 nights ago, pretty damn awesome, also recently got Halo CE, amazing fun, who would know that a mouse would make FPS games so easy?

Playing with the early released Spore Creature Creator It's a lot of fun. I cannot wait for the whole game.
Also playing some UT2004 with Ballistic Weapons enabled. Man this mod is awesome.

EDIT: Well it seems they got to FileFront so you gotta wait until tomorrow to get the Creature Creator from here
