Harvai > Download software called Audacity, open you MP3 with it, and adjust the gain until you get sufficient volume (Gain is the slider with the + and the - next to the MP3 file you imported.) You should be able to get more volume without distortion if you adjust it only a little. Once you are done, File > Export to MP3 (NOTE: You can adjust the MP3 quality by going into Edit > Preferences, Quality tab make sure 44100 kHz is default, File format find the Lame .dll [Download seperately, search on Google very easy to find] you store on your computer [I suggest the WINDOWS directory, very convenient for that] and then adjust bitrate [192 is CD quality])

Cheers mate, never thought about Audacity! I should get it - good program to have around in case of stuff like this.
