Heh, I dug out this rather attractive design earlier on today. Designed by our producer Paul, while we were still testing the customisation stuff.

Hey, I liKe zebra stripes. And other animal skin imitations, mostly tiger, leopard, and jaguar. I've seen a couple of old airplanes painted that way, and liked them a lot. They were amphibious aircraft made by Sikorsky and flown on a photographic expedition in Africa.

Keeping in the comic book spirit, I created a Venom skin for Mirage. Spent ages trying to do a Spiderman one but I couldn't get it right... So here's another darker looking ship:



Noticed a strange thing about the Mirage skin, though... While painting one of the wings, I discovered that a part of it also covered the cockpit part... It didn't turn out bad in this case, but it's strange. Notice the stripes on the cockpit that are the same as the legs from the spider on the wings!

Exactly why I used the Mirage, the shape was just perfect. Plus, I never used the Mirage team that much, maybe this skin will motivate me.

The grass is short; the zebra FEISAR herd already ate most of it; the stripes just dazzle the lions' eyes.

ive started work on my ag-feisar. its looking good so far i reckon but i still need to do more work, oh and as for that auricom ship skin for goteki i made, i had to start again as it got deleted by accident so i will re make it then upload it ok.

Well wouldn't you know, custom Mirage skins don't work (looks like the game doesn't recognise it because it's still called Mantis somewhere in the data? :/). Ah, well.

Well, here is another skin in progress. This time I was inspired by the FEISAR craft from HD. I took some parts from it, then made up the rest as I went along.

Here is my result. It still needs some details added, and then I need to make the ship look a little worn cause it's a little too perfect right now
