Well, there seemed to be a kind of bandwagon forming, and considering I lack originality or imagination, I have shamelessly jumped right on it.
So here it is, yet another Soviet Russian Qirex:

It's the first time I've used the original skin as a basis, which is a decision I made mainly because the Qirex 'wings' are such a pain to find the edges on. Also, thanks to the strange wrapping on the 'seams' along the wings, I accidentally created what I think is quite a nice pattern with the stripey bits on the front.
The flat skin, if anyone wants to try it - http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Highlights.jpg (I've just noticed that when photobucket downsized the bmp file to a jpg, it loses some contrast and so when you paste the image into the skin editor from its jpg ersion, the yellow comes out grey.)
EDIT: I've added links to the flat skins of my previous designs in the relevant posts, too.
EDIT2: Updated the skin with highlights.
