I'm definitely in favor of a unified ladder system, for two reasons. First, it makes participants' life much simpler-- you don't have to buy separate versions of the game to participate with the most active region.
Second, it should help consolidate competition. The ladder system for WOZ is awesome, however, IMO, it suffers a bit from having so many options for participation. Not only are there multiple games but there are multiple regions for each, and then lap and race times, time trials and single races, and five different speed classes. Anything that consolidates gamer efforts into a smaller number of events is a good thing, or at least, it would seem that way to me![]()
