Maybe you all are really hiding your true feelings about the pink psp?
I told my brother-in-law I was going to import him a pink ps2 from Europe and he was all mad at first...and THEN he tells me, "Well, actually pink would be pretty cool, at least it's original."

Yeah I think everybody else is just jealous of your pink lady, Asayyeah.
After all how sweet does the Icarus look on your psp, I wonder?

(I think the red does clash a little with the pink though, to be honest. )

It's just a wee pish take if my black PSP broke and a pink one was the cheapest replacment option I'd have one in an instant. They do make cute girls even cuter when they have one in their hands though

kai was a b**** last night

New add-on to the long existing list of weird bugs from Kai.
We all had that yesterday , our signal was moving up & down from DWL ( same for Tom with its wifiMax) which means we had several deconnexions while playing : for myself dwl was under 50% from time to time and had the psp 00.00.00.00 BSSID issue combinating with this low signal )
Which is weird we all had that bug at different moment of the night : Mu5, Tom, Vic , Stin & me

I'll be on later aswell since the gash on my thumb has almost healed I'm sure with the constant pressure on the X button and the way I press circle and square I will have it bleeding again in no time! lovely stuff.

I tried to set up a Kai account but never received a confirmation mail and cannot login.
Any hints or ideas why this happened, appart from asking in their support forums?

Did you check your firewall switched off?

I was referring to the fact of not receiving my confirmation mail.
One of their help subforums has been locked since October supposedly for site maintenance.
I cannot even log into their web page using my XTag (that's with my computer's browser).

I never heard of this problem..... strange one. May be just a one-off glitch. In that situation I would just try again, and use another email address, or just create a Hotmail account and use it to register, with a different X-Tag. You only need the email address once for the confirmation, and it worked fine for me with Hotmail. Once you have registered succesfully you can log-in and change your X-Tag.

If you already tried that, and it didn`t work..... then consider me baffled......

I tried the form for resending the confirmation mail and this time it worked. I suppose they had a temporary problem when I first registered.
Now I just have to get the correct setup since I currently connect to my router wirelessly and I guess that won't work.

There are a couple of specific models of wireless routers that you can use to connect your psp directly to kai, without an ad hoc wireless adapter. It only works with specific versions of a couple of routers. There`s an FAQ about it on the xlink forums, but it involves router firmware flashing and possible bricking if you blow it. Lots of people have done it ok though.

hey i just go the euro version too!! its awesome alot better than the ameriacan one. and for some reason it has a 1.52 upgrade. dont care i have 3.00 also when is anyone ever on?!? when i had the us version people where on it all the time now no one is ever on it.
