Actually wait, I think it was happening to other people as well. Look at the guy at the front of the grid. Wasn't he blowing up BEFORE the racing? Either way some kind of explosion/eruption happened there. You see it on the 'Waiting for *insert*' and when it says 3 2 1 (second race).

There was a race today on Sol2 forward during the Bling Brigade meet that I wish had been videoed [well, from where I was on the track at the time].

I was just turning around the first right after the start/finish line and somebody sent down a quake further up the track, as I'm veering left and nose up, I start looking up the hill towards the banked rights in the distance, it's then I see somebody's craft in a ball of flames travel from right to left in the sky and across the track from somewhere higher up.
It looked amazing, like somebody had just shot down a fighter plane.

I've never see that before in all the years I've been playing this game.

It just goes to show there are still surprises to be had in the old girl yet.

that might've very well been me blackwiggle, sadly i deleted said race (probably because it was horrible ), but yeah, wipeout's full of surprises
i'll check the footage i have and see what's worthy of uploading

10 seconds is quite a big gap to cross, weapons or not, don't think i'd make that
