How is during the week for people? Thursday or Friday any good? I'm available most of the day on those days and also Wednesday after about 3.30PM GMT untill late, also I would be fine with weekend times.

Lets put some preliminary times up so we have something to work with and see what responses come back:

Wednesday 3.30PM GMT or Wednesday 7PM GMT
    Saturday 7PM GMT
    Sunday 7Pm GTM

If anyone would prefer any other days then feel free to post so we can get this sorted asap

I'm also going to try adding most of the group on PSN to try and keep in touch with those who do not seem to have an account here.
During the week is fine, except for the 7pm GMT times. Due to me living in Australia, that would end up as 3am my time.

I'm not sure Colonel, it's 1AM for me the following day (the 4th) and I have the first day back to school on that same day, and the fact that I'm sick won't help, but if there is no way we can change it, I'll try my best to show up.

To help Conzio out, we could move it potentially as early as 2-3 pm GMT. I'll have to get up quite early but this way Conzio won't have to play at midnight...

If it's at all possible for you to make it, I can't see a better time to be honest. Eric will be missing the first few races as it is, so we can't really set it any earlier without ruling him out altogether. And Sunday is the only day that's feasilble. I know it's not ideal, but if you're willing to have a late night, I can promise you we'll be finished as quickly as possible.

Oh and Eric - yes we'll start with slower speed classes and Elims. You're at an immediate disadvantage, so I will try to mitigate that as much as possible.

Is there any chance it could be a few hours earlier? Because in my time zone, that's 1am. If not, it's fine, I'll just have stay up. If you are doing 5pm GMT, DON'T do all the modes at once, just one at a time. I can't stay up all night.

Okay, but we would need to do it as quick as possible.
How much later would we have to wait for Eric to be able to participate the whole thing?

I can't be there, I start work at that time -_-
(Thursday at 10 pm GMT is the earliest I could be online.)

On weekends I'm fine, and the time set for Wednesday (15:30 UTC) looks good for me, and also opens the possibility to play with a full grid, unless I'm blatantly mistaken.

Well Eric should be on by about 6pm, but Booney only has until 7pm anyway. Sadly there isn't a perfect time for everybody, we'll all need to be a bit flexible.

Hmm this is proving to be quite a challenge lol. Starting in the afternoon would allow time for all events but then its not the afternoon for some people its the middle of the night..If its one race type at a time I hope we can fit them all in before the deadline, or face the possibility that this group might not be able to complete every online event.

Damn, this seem like it's going to be a real probl for you guys in Gold and Bronze. I can offer a bit of a reprieve by significantly reducing the number of online races, meaning it can all be done in less than an hour if you want. Other than that, the only solution I can see would be to remove the online aspect entirely and extend the offiine. One thing is for certain though - the tournament has to end this week as I will not be able to commit to running it with my workload over the next few weeks.

Things get sorted for me and i'm not leaving anymore.
If Booney can leave work sooner or if there is another date where we're all available, i'm actually free from now.
    Sorry about all this...
