Ran into a somewhat unanticipated administrative problem - you can't send attachments in PMs. Right, I think the easiest way to get your screenshots to event managers will be to use a site like Photobucket and send them the links. Alternatively if they are happy for you to email their results to you then you can do it that way as well.
