Got this idea today when I did exactly this in 2 races with Colonel__Gaddafi.

Revenge is a dish best served... quickly?!
Get eliminated on the last lap by your opponent in an online 1v1 race, then eliminate them within the first lap on the next race.

Mm. Rather annoyed since I got eliminated just as I was about to cross the line. As the trophy implies though, got ya back Colonel.
