The phantom weapons-off races were quite close. Bart was very close behind me most of the time but I managed to stay ahead. I had not played for a while and the nerves didn't help me avoid the walls much but I still luckily managed to remain infront. Sebenco climb was lucky for me and unlucky for Bart... I got a boost first thing and Bart had a little trouble first lap.
On Sol 2 rev I was leading in the 4th lap and then a PSN error struck for Bart. It's probably because of the high volume of people online and downloading Sony's 'Welcome Back to PSN' stuff from the store and lagging it up. I agreed to replay and managed to win again, but was rewarded by the game with many many boosts+mines.Bart displayed his true abilities on Amph Rev and left me eating dust.
And the final race was very close too on TDR Rev. All in all, a very nice, friendly race.
