DjM1zw1z - I don't think you should presume anything in that respect. You may well have won fairly have caused a lot of doubt around the whole thing. You should talk to kanar about it. I also wrote a post about how you might help the situation in that other thread. It would be a good idea to go find it and offer some feedback.
