Maybe I should shut just my mouth, but Akiparill why act (in this thread) - when you´ve already decided not to participate in the WOHDC (and I´m honestly sorry for that!) - like the strange man entering every single chapter of Kiezlowski´s Decalog without any reasonable purpose?
I´m pretty sure you´ll meet a lot of "Seeded" (and extremely good and uberfast "Un-Seeded" pilots) if you go online in the evening around 21-22 GMT or later. Mostly pretty relaxed people, who doesn´t bother too much if they loose a race or ten.
Personally: Just send a Friend´s Request through PSN and we can practice when ever I (and you) have the time: Mostly monday and friday mornings, tuesday around noon - even sometimes in the evening, when the kids are sleeping quitely and the missus don´t overrule my need to occupy the telly.
But don´t forget to invite the "Un-Seeded" pilots for your practicing as well! After all: We´re All ("Seeded" or "Un-Seeded") Friends in Speed!

Aki, you could even do a new "Invitational Thread", ´cause this thread is all about the Grand Fiesta of gathering as much wipers, interested in ... Well, having a party - because of their dedication to WipEout.

Just looking at the seeds and hacenetchik wasn't made one ( I did vote for you mate ) Watch out he's super fast. Glad I won't be racing him.

I just had a thought that the seeded players should ignore your request akirapill but maybe I'm too much of an asshole.
They can decide on their own based on what you said about them after all.

Now I'm gonna be a bit more friendly and if you want to play with people in the 1v1 environment of the cup (but without the cup part) there's this thread.

hacenetchik was one of my seeds as well. There are some others not on there that I had chosen too. QjonPL and Jav are two others that spring to mind, lus loads more I couldn't have due to my initial list of over 100 seed choices But it was a fairly robust system, so if our choices didn't end up as seeds then I guess we just have to assume we know better than the others.

I'm looking at the seedings and marlin buzzard divisions look like the toughest from where I'm sitting. Possibly with buzzards being the very toughest. Luxo, Wellington, Greenix, Elois are all ridiculously fast. Then the other four - fabimus, imre, onlocke, morfeo - are also very fast, but additionally killer online players, That is some scary stuff.

I think it's fun to look at the chart and see who you might face, and to cheer on their opposition along the way.
