Anything from Detroit will probably fit the bill (not sure it has been mentioned already), not sure if I have any title off my head but Amazon by Jeff Mills will probably pump you to death on the track. I also do have some house in the track selection but it's not always as fitting as pure raw mechanical techno.

I tripped pretty hard on some Derrick May tracks while playing, like Illusion or Daymares it is what it is. Q by Kenny Larkin (or pretty much anything out of his Azimuth album) is also quite ace.

A favorite of mine is to have mixes. The fact that they flow is really nice when you do lap after lap on SL. You could try to get your hands on the 2005 Essential mix by Laurent Garnier @ Space, Ibiza, it does fit the WO bill. Essential mixes is a pretty good direction anyhow, if the annoucer or sometimes crowd noises is not a problem for you.

So to sum it up, just a few recom.
Amazon / Jeff Mills
Q / Kenny Larkin
Illusion / Derrick May R-Tyme
Cargo Cult / Suburban Knight
On and On / Aril Brikha
Sambou / Laurent Garnier
Clear / Joris Voorn
Probably anything by Kevin Saunderson

I would also have some italo disco titles to put forward but it is too shameful...

Here's a taste of a couple of playlists I use to play WipEout to:

Kraftwerk - Tour De France
New Order - Blue Monday
(...)
Jan Hammer - Crockett's Theme

My man
Although I think the Aerodynamik version done for WO was really nice and that Crockett's theme is not the best track out of the Miami Vice OST.
