Coke, for not selling Vanilla coke in Canada yet I can go to any store in the states and get it no problem. Seriously, is that border really a uncrossable line for them or something?

That's really strange, I live on the tiny island of new zealand and can buy it almost everywhere carbonated drinks are sold

buying/finding all the parts for these headphones I'm making, it's kinda fun, but annoying find cheap parts
    postage costs grr
not having a keyboard for my PS3 right now
that I'm running low on Aloe vera juice
that a copy of the Awesome Burger I ate today isn't sitting next to my laptop right now

Yeah, that bend is a pain, best to side shift on approach.

I'm having a love hate affair with Uncharted 2, great game except for the first boss on the train who is virtually impossible to kill on crushing difficulty.

the final boss in tekken 6, and the fact that I can't beat the final boss in the final fantasy 13 story despite having blitzed every previous game in the series...

To beat the final boss in FFXIII use the 3 girls as your party, have Vanille as party leader equipped with a maxed out Malboro wand [or whatever name it becomes as a final weapon]and just caste status ailments and most importantly poison over and over as that's the only thing is susceptible to, while the other two slash into it, best if they both have maxed out Genji Gloves and their strongest weapons.
I tried twice before I eventually beat it, but when I did beat it I managed it with 5 star ranking and without needing the time bonus of the Gold watch.

Staying OT,what grinding my gears today is.....
Well not really grinding my gears, more of a WTF, I wasn't expecting that sort of situation.
Not having worked in a while, then getting a casual job where I was told I would get around 3 shifts a week , which was OK by me , instead after my first shift the boss came up to me and said, today was a unusually busy day [ I breezed through it ]and "I've done a roster" and I find out I've been rostered on for about a 60 hour week.
It's going to be a bit of a shock to the system, but very nice $$$

You know what really grinds my gears...

When programs insist they install a browser toolbar and set a homepage...

And it ESPECIALLY grinds my gears when people let the programs do that!

Same here. My IE8 browser was pristine until I installed Adobe Acrobat. Now it has a fracking toolbar that I don't seem to use and I feel is contributing to my "IE8 is not responding" problem.
One thing that grinds my gears is a "not responding" program on my single core computer.

I'll add to that - having a quad core monster (work PC), where the only program that properly utilises the multiple cores is an old FORTRAN based bit of 1D CFD software (with a really dodgy front-end) from all the way back in the 70s. It's always annoying when I get non-responsive office-type programs, only to hit ctrl+alt+delete and find that only 25 % of my processing power is being used.

Adobe products are notorious for causing other programs "this program is not responding" problems, especially internet browsers.
It's usually caused by them automatically searching for updates, well Adobe says it's for updates, but those in the know say it's checking to see if it's pirated software, and that the way they have implemented this searching can and does conflict with any and all of the following, Both McAfee [especially] & Nortons security software, IE browsers security, Firefox add-on's [need to visit Firefox site to fix]

They are an absolute pain to uninstall as well, you usually find that you have to go to the Adobe website to get specific instructions on how to get rid of the bloody things, as windows "Add/Remove Software" won't get rid of them completely, and even then you'll PC won't be the same as they would of messed your registry up, which in turn stuffs everything else up to the point where your PC get really really slow at boot up especially.
Great products for the most part when working properly, but they can freeze up a PC and make it so slow that only a complete system reinstall will get things back.

Any warranty the console had has surely passed - may as well go nuts figuring out how to get the pretend money out/hacking your console to bits.

As long as you can put it all back together again I imagine it should be fine and still tradeable.

Still, it has to suck when you have no intention of doing all that!

Seeing people get emberrassed for being real dumb asses

trying to proof something to me on ebay a day ago. A seller trying to deny me a refund. On a movie. The beautician and the beast.

The item was claimed BY THE SELLER as new, like new.

    No scratchs, scuff marks nothing.

ME THE BUYER RECIEVED A "Has scratchs, scuffs, and won't play worth a god damn!"

So i filed the case on ebay buyer protection.

Now the person running their mouth like a hateful kkk ( ku klux klan ) member trying to do a hate ralley.

What worse on grind my gears. They seem to have poking around on my facebook and myspace trying to know my life.

    They call that stalking!

I call it dead meat if you want to go that far.

    Its just a ****ing dvd.

All i asked is a refund or a replacement.

No. You want to run off and flame, give hate, and be nasty about it.

Im nasty too! When it comes to making love with a women tho...
    But other than that.

My gears are grinding that whatever ebay says. Hey i get my money back. This hoe either takes back their shitty dvd or do something.

Cause i also got some new orders in from ebay for wipout 3, wipeout xl. What conditions the sellers said they were in?
The same words "like new" and a new one "good".
Ok wipeout xl is scratched the **** to hell, but it plays...
    Doesn't mean i am satisfied
    wipeout 3?
Extrememly shows how somebody used a cd cleaner/repair kit. Cause the whole disc is like somebody can't buff and wax and clean a floor with those tools n more.
But it plays.. It plays for now. But every music track on there won't even get pass the first 25 secs or counting beats of the every track.

Listen to a repeat of sashas xpander. Repeating the first 20 secs over and over and over.

You would go motha ****ing crazy!
    But hell.

    My grinding gears for now...

I managed to take the ps3 apart last night, I peeled the material back that is on the disc tray opening and got it out. I gave it a clean and seems to be running a bit smoother. I would of thought that by removing the sticker it may of reduced the price of any trade in offer. I might give them a ring later on and see.

    what will grind my gears....

    nutcase!

get off your ass and keep trying to get a job that is with your qualifications or that the years of education you spent to get the work.

unless you didn't spend some of the time getting experience. then don't just sit their with your guitar. and get the experience!

their must be some programs made to help you get experience and right it off as 5 years exp instead you really had a year.

and the only person in here. who has right to grumble like the scrooge and grinch.

    is ME!

what will grind my gears more.

a person stops at something. like that someone up here. because of the words "no, sorry we can't see you here" and "thank you but we are looking for someone qualified"

never stop. its like getting rejected by a woman. than when u get rejected. you cry and feel sorry and bad. and don't go get another woman for more than 5 years. not months not even days.

My ground gear with applying for a job is when you don't even hear back from the company. Not even a 'Sorry, you're not the right candidate' or what-have-you. Makes you wonder why you went to all that effort in the first place.
