Either that or find its way back in again, just like it got in the first time. Except this time it could be when you're sleeping, with your mouth wide open and...or not.

I just downloaded the declassified flight manual for the SR-71, its long but omg its AWESOME!
They declassified it? What? When did that happen?
Found another cockroach under my bed...not sure whether to risk sleeping in it. Massive bug phobia![]()
Few years ago, but finally someone has uploaded a complete .PDF recently (or at least I just found it recently)
108mb, 750 pages
Yeldar Quote:Found another cockroach under my bed...not sure whether to risk sleeping in it. Massive bug phobia
It's just a early prototype model of a Mirage AG craft, I found one behind my fridge last summer, they don't bite, but they are fast hard to kill when on the run![]()
or the cockroach is there to distract you from the army of bug in your pillow![]()
why dont you kill the bastard cockroach. Get one of you nice shoe's Yeldar and give it a good wack!
Problemsolved.
Hey, I had a pretty nasty flu these past few weeks. Only just got over it, only to catch the vomiting bug offa some one... Not at work today, Hurrah? NOT... This sucks really bad... maybe I shoulda posted this one in the Gears Grinded thread...
Lockheed (aka Skunk Works) made some fascinating schitt, under the management of Ben Rich (the then CEO of Lockheed). Yes, the SR-71 BlackBird was a machine (did mach3, sonic booms and all that), but for me - the F117a Stealth Bomber was the piece de resistance... and they made us resist... They made that stealthj bomber in the 60's would you know? But debuted in 1993... the first desert storm with Bush Senior (muppet)
Btw, Lockheed is in the Nevada desert, namely Area51... prior to the 90's, and for decades - you may remember strange black triangular shaped objects being filmed floating in the sky? well, that would be the F117a during prototype testing and that kinda rigmarole.... rigmarole, love that word!
@ RedScar - seeing as you are loving the awesomeness of the SR71, I recommend a book named "Skunk Workls" authored by Ben RIch - it's a real EYE OPENER - I loved it and have read it through like 3 times already...
AH, searching through this thread, me finds this -
You know what mate - You're right!... shoulda seen that one coming really.

The TV stations, the Aus cricket board and sport reporters are bemoaning the fact that cricket, the once most followed sport in Australia, is suddenly dying.
The one day internationals get barely 40% of ground capacity now, it was only around 5 years ago you had to buy ticket up to a month beforehand to get a seat, and TV rating have plummeted where before you could see nearly every set in your street would be watching.
I reckon it's a combination of too much cricket now with the Indian premier league and the 20/20 matches which has turned it into baseball basically, it's diluted the excitement of those once classic one day matches.
If you add in the betting scandals / match fixing, and demise of the West Indies & Pakistan as competitive teams, it's no wonder interest has been lost.
Who wants to watch a sport which can last for five days yet still end in a draw?!
I know that's test cricket, but even one days are boring now compared to the frenetic twenty20
I completely agree bw. There's far too much cricket nowadays. 20-20 used to be cool but it's a bit meh now. 20-20 world cup should be banned, I don't like it.
I didn't want to use my nice shoes on a massive bug, it might infect them with bug juice. Smacked it with a hiking boot
Found one under my bed as well, so not cool. Saw some monkeys today though, that was nice ^_^
I shouted "monkey" at them a la Johnny Vegas - didn't get a response![]()
No response? Maybe they already know they're monkeys. That would be crazy.
@ ACE-FLO
Ya I've read most of it when I borrowed it from a buddy, but never did get to finish it.
Finish it, the part about the manned U2 spy planes gave me plenty of belly wobbling entertainment. The chapter on the SR71 is coooooool man![]()
Spy planes?? i think your getting a bit paranoid there Ace if you know what i mean![]()
Buy me a copy ACE? I'm still looking for a job this summer after finishing my 3rd year of Uni
You can "borrow" my copy
@Eureka - Paranoia ... it's just so exciting. A bit like being bipolar, or living out separate identities, am I right![]()
Nudge nudge ... it's gotta be the excitement dude, why else?
