21:00 GMT is waaaay too early for me, and surely for some of us working until dinner time. That would mean at least 3pm East or 2pm Central for us and it simply doesn't fit. The most suitable hour of day to be able to reunite both teams would be around 11pm GMT/Midnite GMT, meaning 6pm and 7pm for us in America.

On Dec 24th and 25th, people will surely have family reunions. I propose a date starting from Dec 26th. What do you say?

EDIT: I would prefer 4vs4 everytime. In rare and extreme cases, 3vs3 is ok... Otherwise, let's do this like it was done originally.
