1. with turbo into lap > BR
2. after 1st corner, turbo > BR
3.+4. over the hill in tunnel BR > BR
5.+6. onto the bridge BR > BR
7.+8. off bridge BR > SP > BR

that's it.
with extreme luck, it's possible to do a 4xBR-chain onto bridge and off bridge.
after 3.+4. it's possible to add another 2BRs (again extreme luck is needed).
and u can double the 1st into lap and the 2nd after using the turbo.
again, skill isn't enough, u will need to be very lucky.

total 16BRs re possible

maybe 1 wont be able to do 16BRs, even if she/he will be lucky, cause she/he will getting low on energy, lol
