With an insane number of turbos combined with very good racing, it's
possible to beat any world record, trust me you need both, not just the turbos,
because other top players had both luck and near-perfect racing with BRs etc.

So what kgb meant is that even without so many turbos, you would still have a
good time, albeit not a WR, on other races, just because of your racing skills.
And now if it doesn't show up, then your time is most probably glitched.
Again I say "probably", for everything is possible.

As a matter of fact, I think I will use such a rule for the BOT, to only allow WR
from players having a good ranking already. What do you guys think?
