I'm not sure that's right Zoth. I think GMT is a datum so always stays the same. So when the UK goes into summer time and clocks roll forward one hour, GMT doesn't go with it. So right now we're not GMT, we're BST (British Summer Time [a.k.a. bull**** time]), which is equivalent to GMT+1, as eLhabib says.

I find the best way is just to say London time, or Paris time, or Vienna time etc. That way someone can type "London time" straight into google and see what the time difference is instantly.
