    i just still saying that it's stupid if now after 9 months, we have a wondeful dlc ready finally, we have to wait another month or more 'cause at sony they can't accord for a price and a date...
    Its not ready
    The final touches are still being made to it
    Just because it is at E3 doesnt mean its finished

    When the time is right a price and release date will be announced

    Patience

    If I pay Moar - can I get it earlier?

    I'll double whatever that is if you give us a copy that works like 1.2 did.

    That would be a charm.
    Reality is: it must be done until x. Which results in buggy crap and not a quality release. I encounter so much software and gadgets that are like green bananas

    No need to rush Colin. We're all excited like kids the night before christmas Because we know something great is coming

    well, Starcraft II seems ready, but no news since last blizz con.

    better wait till september and have bugs (like Kigo's vista pads) fixed.

    Unhappy snafu

    Yet another boring E3 footage of WipEout HD Fury;
    http://www.viddler.com/explore/PSUniverse/videos/369/

    Why wasn't there anyone at E3 who took a full-coverage of WipEout HD Fury?
    I don't get it. Where are all the freaks gone?

    Further, look at this!

    // E3 Impressions: Wipeout HD Fury, Eric Layman
    {
    Wipeout HD Fury was quite the unexpected find. Word of mouth
    was nonexistent, it didn’t show at Sony’s press conference,
    and it could only be found at one lonely kiosk on the show
    floor. Furthermore, I had to go through four Sony reps before
    I could locate someone who could tell me anything about the
    game.
    But I got some details, eventually. ...
    } [Ref]

    Something is really wrong with all the PR stuff considering WipEout.

    // From the same reference we get the following information
    {
    ... On the fact sheet side of things, Fury, rather than a standalone game,
    is a mission pack for Wipeout HD. When downloaded, the initial title
    screen splits into two, and you’re free to select Fury as an almost
    entirely separate game.
    }

    Okeeey....

    "There's something wrong with PR for WipEout"
    ORLY?
    We've been saying that from the release of WipEout HD on the PSN. It's nothing new, but sadly Sony still hasn't got the message. I really do not understand how they can expect to sell more than 100 DLC copies (This forum) with ZERO communication.
    It's E3 for God's sake, pass the good news around?
    Instead we get two previews from two obscure websites, I hope Sony doesn't intend on reaching the target audience with this.
    Get your act together boys and girls, Liverpool, SCEE, SCEA, whatever. You've got one of the best games on the system but you don't talk about it at all.
    It's a real mind****.

    Yeah really strange. I can't believe that SL favors the way it is market at
    the moment. There must be a serious issue between SCEE and SL in some
    way. Nine month of work and they got 'only one lonely kiosk on the show
    floor'? C'mon. Wassup?

    Some things are rather strange if we put them in perspective;
    - WipEout HD has a superior quality
    - WipEout HD cost almost nothing
    - WipEout HD / Fury has virtually no PR

    They should at least dump out some gorgeous 1080p pictures as well
    as some videos of every mode and send these over to gamersyde.com.

    -WipEout HD has been one of the first few games to demostrate the 3D technology
    -WipEout HD will support 3D technology
    -WipEout HD has been one of the few games around run at full HD 1080p 60 fps
    -WipEout HD has been the first full game to be released through direct download

    Wipeout HD has treated by sony as its loyal guinea pig ( with excellent results )

    -WipEout HD has made me sell 2 PS3 instead of 360 last summer for my holliday job.
    that was the last argument i told, with a video running on the screens.

    You bought two PS3s because you saw a video running WipEout HD, right? Nice!

    I hope they're sparing a Home advertisement board for Fury, I'll have a reason to go back into Home and set my character off dancing again.

    @Spece2goin:
    Ah, I got you wrong here. Wasn't quite clear to me -- you worked for a
    games shop. k k

    @FatScarf:
    Did the same. xD I also met some other Wipeout fans up there.

    I couldnt agree more with you guys. WipeOut is such a brilliant franchise, it should get more attention from Sony. I think it would help to release it on Blue-ray, allot of my friends dont have a creditcard (or wont get one just for the psn network)

    Hell, I would rebuy it just to have it on blueray.

    I hope they release Fury soon though... ive been waiting for an upgrade way to long...
