I'd like a public admission, that's all. My feeling is that they'll give up trying because a minority of affected gamers don't really matter.

I think they'll patch the new freezing issue and continue to leave us in the cold, both in terms of communication and finding an actual cure. It's been three months now, and without this forum I still wouldn't have a clue; Sony Europe were useless when I originally e-mailed them.
