The start time is at zero hour in GMT...that's 6 PM where I'm at...I can do this!

On a second note, I'm going to at least _TRY_ to record some of my races, bear in mind if you've seen videos like these they won't exactly be top-quality. And I'll try not to swear at others during the videos. Don't want you all to know what I'm thinking in the heat of battle

maybe I'll take friday off... but then, should I stay home and play wipeout all day, or go out and do stuff with friends? that's a tough decision

Usually I'll lean towards the latter but I haven't been to an Avalon race all year. They can come visit me, I'm not coming to them today! >_>

kanar - Not sure I would last all night like you. I can definitely be emergency host until 2am, more than likely can be until 3am. All in my time.
As I type this it's almost 2320 hours in London and according to the internet almost 0020 hours in Paris. Hope that clarifies times for people. Just to try and clear things up. London was in GMT until last Sunday. Now the clocks have gone forward one hour. This is no longer GMT. It is called BST (British Summer Time I think). It's equivalent to GMT+1. However, I believe Europe is now in GMT+2 as their (your) clocks should also have gone forward 1 hour for daylight savings.

    I hope that's right.

as far as i know (it may not be my place to say), avalon is an open league so there should be no problem with you joining.
    still haven't found my ps3...

Vartazian - It's ok. you just turn up, join the right room, and play. No signing up necessary

I hosted some races earlier as I couldn't see kanar online but thought it was supposed to be starting. If they're deemed to count by kanar then Wotan broke 3 records already

    Videos on wegame:

    WipEout HD - Avalon - Chenghou - Wotan - 2.04.34 (Fixed)
    WipEout HD - Avalon - Ubermall - Wotan - 1.50.87
    WipEout HD - Avalon - Sol 2 - Wotan - 1.44.09

Stin, hope you could join us, & don't worry, I'm actually in a real bad shape so I'll take the last place instead of you. I would like to appologize, again, I f****d up. I was too tired last night to wake up for 00.00 BST. I just wake up here (9:17 in France, 8:17 in London). Saturn I would like to thank you a LOT. I really suck. Ok I'm kind of operational to host now. Again sorry for last night, and sorry in advance for my future creepy performances.

What a perfect morning. Outside the sun is shining like it always does on Sol2.
Wife off to work, kids institutionalized. A bucket of coffee on the table. Cigs within reach.
AND THE AVALON! Kanar_is_back! JJPAP will be back, as well!
    See you.

Won't make it back until about 2 PM CDT sadly. Hopefully the racing will still be good! Maybe I can film my POV, seeing as I never got around to it last night. :\

I'm just uploading a video. After that I'll be on to fill the gap while kanar's off train spotting. (Unless there's another emergency host that's beat me to it.) I did forward last night and raced forward tracks again earlier. I think kanar probably just did reverse tracks but I missed it so will do reverse and maybe mix in a few forward tracks too. ETA 1915 hours BST (London Time).
