How long have people ghosted at the start of online races? As in, when did this first become a feature? I know it's been that way for a good while now, I'm just wondering if this was brought in with a patch, maybe the latest one? It occurred to me again today as I remember I always used to get completely mugged at the first sharp left on chenghou if I even tried to take the corner properly, but that doesn't happen any more.
