May I make a suggestion? Why not Single Race events instead of Tournaments >?< and how about we have them passcoded for real this time... It'll be great if we can all stay in one lobby too...

I tried putting the passcode in, and this stupid Error message comes up, followed by the PSP freezing, thats why there where no Passcodes to enter the room.

Could do the single race over the tournament, but ask Kaori he's the organiser for the event. He's got MSN try to contact him over that way.

Well that's my job as mine sweeper/attractor done for this year.

Out of 32 races over two days the best I got was one 6th place.

I feel like the kid who gets beaten up at school every day.
Totally swamped over the top every race.[well the ones I didn't stuff up with a misplaced turbo on the first lap, C/Project reverse shortcut into the apartments, same thing into the apartments on Sebenco reverse ]

Consistently at least 8 sec or more behind first place, that's not good
I'm going to have to change the way I play this game to be competitive.
And that's going to be the hardest thing of all.

Sounds like a bit what im experiencing on the Pulse sessions tonight, i think my best was a 3rd, that is it.

Hey did you manage to record the races Insertcoin?

BTW who was the knob who rammed me off the track on Analpha pass in the second tournament featuring Avalon styled events. Came last in that round... Not happy. If there was a headset on you would of heard a loud "****"!

Races are all recorded, will upload soon. Don't worry, you'll get a post when I upload the videos.
Yeah in HD I seem to be getting rammed from every angle. Recording on a small screen at 25 fps is also disadvantaegeous but I'll live with it

Don't worry bout it Blackwiggle =] Practice makes perfect.

Not participating in the whole PURE and PULSE online racing scene, and basically not playing those PSP WO versions has left me way behind where the front running[top 10 globally] WO pilots are ATM.

I'm still stuck in the pre PSP WO way of racing.

Like a golfer who wants to lower their handicap they might need to change their swing and stance.

    I need to do similar.

Or find a "Big Bertha" that will get me on the green in one.
I had one in the wings being made but the dog got it [not kidding]

It's taking part that counts mostly blackwiggle. Just keep practising is all I can say. I havn't played a WipEout before HD since WipEout Fusion. Sideshifting is a corners best friend.

You should come over for some 1v1 training here

I was happy I managed to pick up one Victory for the Aussies last night (I love you SC reverse) , but piprhac's to insane for me in the Avalon races, he gets to the front so quickly... too quickly (:

Good work on the Pulse races ANZUS.

But yes, videos for great justice.

The best tournament for AUS in HD was the 3rd tournament. That was tight. Looking forward to see the videos loaded up hey Insertcoin. Also if Kandang living in Melbourne most of the time throw the AUS flag up.

Yes you remember well One of my first posts on this forum was, was there a single released for Paolo Mojo's - 1983 (Eric Prydz Remix)? Still cant ****ing find one *grunt*

Eric Prydz tunes works so well in Wipeout, perfect timing, perfect tempo, perfect everything. Ive even dedicated a playlist on the PS3 XMB's thanks to that brilliant Swedish DJ.

    "Eric Prydz Playlist" features;

01: Voices (Eric Prydz Remix) - Steve Angello; 3:29
    02: 1983 (Eric Prydz Remix) - Paolo Mojo; 5:14
03: Call On Me - Eric Prydz; 5:00
04: Rocker (Eric Prydz Remix) - Alter Ego; 3:45
05: Pjanoo (Original Mix) - Eric Prydz; 5:13
    06: Pjanoo - Eric Prydz; 7:32
    07: 1983 (Eric Prydz Remix) - Paolo Mojo; 9:57
    08: Voices (Eric Prydz Remix) - 7:32

Now back to topic before Lance cracks the ****s with me (where is he BTW?) Cant wait to see the Day 2 Wipeout HD tournaments on YouTube, that tournament was team AUS's best peformance, with a 1, 3 finish on the end grid there. Also i can see who pushed me off the skybridge on the 4th video as well.... I made a comment on your video you posted Insertcoin, but it didnt appear... stupid Vista at it again. Who is the guys H2E4's comments on YT anyways?

Hope the entertainment of the others kicking my a*s will makes you enjoying it

I notice none of the videos/players are in Cockpit view/mode.......Ummm.

This is what has me wondering if I should relearn playing HD in that view.

Reason I have be using it for all these years is that I find it gives total immersion into the game, and I truly love that....BUT.

It obviously doesn't help when playing against crack players.
And it's not that I am THAT bad at playing WOHD,you just have to see my TT and SL times.
But when it comes the wont I'm lacking.

This old dog will have to learn some new tricks.

I want to download all, but it'll take like 10 hours to download each file, so Leungbok which are the ones where all the action is in?? (intense racing and most of all, all the french cursing)

@Blackwiggle best to use the exterior view in Wipeout, the BR screw with your head big time in Cockpit view.
