I'm having problems with the boost barrel roll before the bridge section. Any advice? I'm trying not to use Mr Emery's excellent videos for 'How To' on this one.

use the boost in the tunnel, it's faster - there's a bump just after the U-turn.

I got a 25.29 - 4BR - 12 pads?? - Fury

Not sure if a boost/BR at the start is quicker but I did it on my fastest lap so far. I know of 7 BRs on here but haven't been able to do them all in one lap.

I can only think of 6, what are the ones you're thinking of? I never use a boost-BR at the start of this track, but there's 1; then the top of the hill; bottom of the hill; tunnel; 1 off the jump and then using the speed to get another off the bump in the track ahead.

I'm yet to get around to this week's challenge, but I've been playing a bit of wipeout for a change recently (uploading times to the global site, says I'm now the #1 WOHD player overall in Australia, woo - this is despite my patheticness at Zone, Detonator, and Phantom ) so I'll get a time in later.

Yep, basically all them but if you don't hit the speed pad on the left after the first corner you can get 2 going down there instead. I don't think it's quicker but it's there.

On my fastest lap it was Boost/BR at the start, 1 off the top of the hill, 1 at the bottom of the same hill and 1 at the end, off the jump with my boost.

Is doing a boost/Br in the tunnel and then 2 at the end faster??

I think so; it's been a while since I did this track on Flash (and most of my SL's on Flash have been rush jobs anyway) - but Flash is very close to Venom, and I definitely found boosting in the tunnel to be faster in that class.

I haven't found any bonuses to boosting in the tunnel. It's too risky and you end up hitting the chicane just ahead. I'm still working on the one out the bowl, but I keep hitting the lamp posts.

Couldn't get the BR at the bottom of the hill off for about 80 out of 90 laps

The BR into the tunnel

The stupid bouncy BR into the stupid left-hander

BoostBR at the end.

I have no idea where you people are finding these other BRs
Ah it's good to be back
