I dunno what happened 2me 2day but i got upp very early ..
so what else 2do @such un hour than .. wipE a bit .. yeah
for a change from the wo1 trax I've been racing the last 2days I took on
PK on vec TT pal and 7.56 am I got 1.00.56 wow! can u Blive the time and the 'time'!
(7.51 I got 1.00.88 = under 1.01.xx!!!) tryed 2get under 1.00.50 for a half more hr
but u no when u gotta stop (when u r out of the zone)
what I had b4 was 1.01.08

maybe i should try that. no! way too early!!!

actually it takes me a while to clear out the overnight goo from the eyes and to put in the contact lenses, not to mention feeling awake. that usually takes at least 2 hours, and by that time it's already 2 in the afternoon! [yes i get up late]
really, it might help my crap times if i lived the way humans are supposed to. the human body was designed to function best when rising about dawn and actually sleeping during the night instead of staying up most of the night the way i do. at what times of the day, and under what conditions [before or after meals, before or after dark, etc.] do you guys usually get your best times?

'round 1am (midnight and after) that's y this came as a surprise 2me
I also get up late - my work (parttime) begins @5.45 pm I'm done about 9.30 pm
so I dont have 2go sleep same time most ppl do either!! :wink:

Afternoons are my best, though. Start playing at 3 or 4 PM and godd times may be arriving between 6 and 7 PM
