OK, I guess I'll just make a new thread then.
As for WOG, I tried publishing older skins of mine on there before...and they never showed up. However, I've seen plenty of other new skins up since...

I'm confused. Why does there seem to be more than one "Skins" thread? Which one do I post in? This one or this one:
Anyway, here are my first tries:
My Modest Entries:
The terrible Maximal craft I posted was my first try.. then see what a difference a few hours makes!
I just used a paperformers blueprint of Jetfire and added some cybertronian
JETFIRE

- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...EAURICOM02.jpg
- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...IREAURICOM.jpg
For those that Dont know Jetfire:

Retro AG Systems (well, they ARE Japanese, after all!):

- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...904_021457.jpg
I copied and pasted a wipeout poster from Google for another Auricom:
So if you cant draw like me, just bugger a round with google. Try searching for intersting patterns, textures or search for the names of the wipeout craft and just copy and paste!
Enjoy!
All of your pictures direct back to photbucket.com
.
The Skins Gallery thread was intended to be a collection of high quality skins selected and posted by one person both from his own direct seeking out and from suggestions sent to him [not posted directly in the thread] by others. The editor became inactive and as usual, other posters either having no understanding of the set-up or no respect for it misused the thread, setting an incorrect example for others to follow, and thereby created confusion.
SOS that one sees on many forums.
I have now closed that thread to avoid further confusion. If Rob wishes to do otherwise or the editor becomes active again or is replaced by a new editor, well, we'll see what happens with it; in the meantime, post your own skins in this thread.
.
You are right! How odd. I cant, if I've read the rules of the forums rightly, post img links as they would be too big or something?
How then do I link my photobucket pics here please?
BTW to the Mod, thanks for clearing that up! THIS is the thread for posting our craft skins, right?
Ive been learning some basic, "anyone can do this, even on MS paint" techniques which Id love to share with people to make some basic skins for their craft. Should I start a new thread for that? A "Basic How To Guide" for making a custom skin or two?
Its weird, these links work perfectly well at tformers.com
Whats up here?

Make sure you used the 'Direct Link' and nothing else.
Thanks, but that isnt helping.
I have copied and pasted the "direct links" to all the pics but they wont link from this site.
I dont want to hijack this wonderful thread with my inept linking so if someone could PM me and continue this help off topic, Id be be very happy for the help!
I want to show you all my creations!
Here is another attempt tolink to the direct link of one image:
That link worked for me.
Same here
Updated my Team Canada skin with sponsor logos on the tail (Ignition Energy Drink and Magloc Tech), completely overhauled the ICOM logo on the left side and added loads of trim to fatten the look up. I mentioned in one of my previous posts that I'd be starting on a Wipeout 1 retro skin, but I think I'll be redirecting my effort toward bringing an updated Wipeout 2097 skin to life instead.

My spine tingled a bit, Flashback. Stellar job on the current skin too.
Unfotunately, I can't join in on skin creations, although seeing what others do has been great as well.
Thanks Avenger.
While I'm here, here are profiles of my first serious custom skin; ones a few of you might have seen me racing online. This is the FX300 season (Wipeout Pure) championship Ag-sys skin as imagined by me.

Size is a bit larger than what's allowed here, so link only.

Mate, your skin editing skills are really amazing!
I try. I primarily cut and paste existing logos and touch them up with pixel editing on wipeout-game.com and add a little extra filler to flesh out the designs. I still quite haven't gotten the hang of panelling like some of the other pros here, but I'll give it a good shot in my next skin.
