Wipeout fusion mod program
Does anyone still have the mod program to change stats on the ships, and then return it to a disk?

No, this program you could change numbers for about 50 stats, the reborn the disc. I wanted to make a couple versions of the game.

Couldn't attach it so I uploaded it on Mega. On the other thread someone had made more progress and could do this in a cleaner way than me but I don't know what is public from that work.
Also I didn't expect anyone to use this forum for this kind of thing so I hadn't uploaded it here. Anyway, hope it works, other people understood the instructions sooner or later.

Hey, I changed these stats a long time ago for the wipeout fusion part of the tournament. I made is so the the more damage you had, the more you slowed down your top speed. However, I had no damage from weapons, just the slowdown from getting hit. this way, your driving ability to stay off walls was the most important factor for your energy, and the weapons still slowed you down. Regardless of this, I was wondering if you knew what ALL of the changeable statistics mean?

I'll go back to my pc in a few days (I have backups but I'd have a harder time finding the files) and find a list for that which may or may not help you. There's also an ini file for AI behavior which I haven't messed with. It would also be interesting to see if you can swap ship models, which I haven't tried
