I've formed a nasty habit to get stuck upside down in that same goddamn curve. I hates me. A lot.
Interesting video, need two more eyes, or to be watched multiple times to see all the happenings :lol
Nice experiment :)

My head hurts...:dizzy
But it's pretty cool (in a masochistic way) to see Zoth blasting me with rockets, shift to see JJ zoom past and me finally pulling out just in front of Golgo.
And those rockets are epic footage - shot half blind leaving Golgos screen and Zoth a burning wreck half a second later :clap
Can someone please tell me which one of these looks better, in regards to
Framerate / smooth playback
sharper image quality
Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aik4hYjqlM8&fmt=22
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNAHpdqb8kw&fmt=22
The second looks smoother but a little blurry... :nod
Great video JJpap ! :) But harder to follow the whole stuff than with 2 split screens...except if you look at it 4 times, as i did :lol

Own the Zone anyone? Perfect up to Zone 42: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SviOaN18zho :dizzy
Started to play Zone again after a pause of several months. Back on my old level after a few tries. Need to get back into the top 50. :nod
sol 2 speedlap phantom ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUd6W7pOGDs
What's wrong with you? :dizzy
Holy crap! And they say ProblemSolver is a robot. :D Some amazing skills there. I can see I have a lot of practice ahead of me before I even get near this level. :P Nah, never gonna happen. Just raced a few of "forum regulars" (including PS) and got owned bigtime.
I did get a new record though http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JM2fEnQe18
100 should be possible with a little less mistakes and without falling off the shortcut all the time. :brickwall
Awesome videos, dude. It even inspired me to switch back to the 2097 HUD style. :)
Here's that video I tried to post over in the zone colors glitch thread that YouTube didn't like, but DailyMotion did.

That's one smooth ride, Elois!
JJPAP I like how you preserved Golgos evil laugh when he looks back crossing the finish line and seeing someone explode. Probably me... :paperbag

@Koleax: Sick. xD
@Eloï: Are you using the dpad to pull the BRs? Amazing.
@afatsuoM: Yeah leungbok is a robot, a dpad-robot! Damn. But after about four
weeks using the dpad I could improve upon myself, I can now pull the BR on TDR
over the little crest :sonar, but not yet as constant as leugi can do.
Btw; what's your recording set-up? Are you able to do a 60fps recording as well?
I also wanna do a new video going for zone 160 on Syncopia this year. Just a
small advise on AP; do not go too far to the right just before entering the
narrowed section, it really kills a lot of perfect zones otherwise. You actually
have to steer into this corner properly using the stick and using the airbrakes
as less as possible. At very high speeds the slightest touch on the airbrakes
can set you off completely. A good entrance can be found while aligning the
craft with respect to the right line marked onto the track. This line serves
also as a reference. Depending on your position and orientation to this line,
just before entering the right-hand turn, will determine your steering input
through the narrowed section! The overpass is another story. The moment
before jumping of off the ramp your craft carries a certain momentum depending
on your last steering inputs. If you remember this, then you will know exactly
how to steer the craft while running over the overpass. Hope this helps.
