Yea I'm all for Saturn going through. This is ridiculous, besides, Sat is better anyway.
Appreciate the votes of confidence but I wouldn't re-enter again as I was pleased with the way I went out. It was still a really fun and close match and the video was enjoyable for folks to watch. I don't think I could emulate that now. Plus I'm in guitar mode once again and have pretty much abandoned video games for the time being.
I just don't really get it as I thought Shawn was really peaking, especially with almost equalling yeldar on Metropia TT. I didn't expect him to lose interest.:?
I noticed Barny hadn't been online much at all over the last few weeks [pre PSN outage].
Long periods of not logging in.
When the PSN is back up again I'll message him to see what's happening, it's out of character for him to drop out, but then again looking at who else has/is dropping out I guess the passion has well and truly subsided with HD/Fury for a lot of old timers.
They will all be back like ants on a sugar cube when a new Wipeout is announced, it's a certainty.

Tbh I don't know what to say. Sadly I haven't the financial resources to travel the world & bring you back behind your ps3 screens in order to play your meeting.
We faced personal issues, withdrawals, the speed glitch thing, then again withdrawals, & finally a Sony tsunami. And of course our worst enemy; little by little, lack of interest for an old ps3 game.
I'm totally powerless there. This competition was mostly based on the individuals. If the remaining meetings are still pending by the end of june, I think we should close definitely this cursed chapter.
And wait for better days.

Let's face it, this is getting rather ridiculous now isn't it? These matches have been outstanding for almost 3 months now, and it limits other people in that they can't continue. Come on guys, even if enthusiasm for the game has reached zero at least finish what was started.
I definitely want to see it continue, maybe give people one week for these matches, then if one won't play, then give a fastpass to the person who wants to continue. If neither are responding, then delete them out. should go quick this way

I'd just like to say thank you to TCK for being an absolute sport, and a real gent. I just hope other pilots have the goodwill to do something similar. :)
There has been a problem with my match against Luna. I went 2-0 up and Luna told me that she was ill and would not continue. So I don't know what happens now.
That sounds kinda weak....
well greeny usually I'd agree, but Luna is certainly a trustworthy pilot I trust her if she says she's ill.
Yeah she must of been ill, Luna is not the sort of pilot to drop out for no reason or to fake an illness.
She hasn't been online much, which is out of character.
I'll get on to Morfeo and see what's happening with his match against Texasalex.
