I would like to see a challenge with all 4 speed classes
What about a break from the norm and do a Zone challenge?
Christmassy says to me Sebenco Climb. ;)
I do like KGB's idea, but why not all four speed classes, a Zone challenge and a Detonator challenge?

Seeing as the festive period is upon us, we're going to do something a little different this week. I read the suggestions on what we could do and decided to take all of them on board and combine them together. So I present this weeks ZONE and DETONATOR challenges (that's right, no SL this week :eek)

today i did a better detonator run and with video... i etided my post from yesterday..
It's been a while since I've done some serious zoning, so I thought I might give this a shot^^ SL is sooo hard compared to this.
Results so far : 53/36/123912
SC is an awesome track for ZB :g It's a shame I don't get to play it more frequenly, it's probably the track that gave me the most ragequits ^^

I cant get to subsonic, Sebenco climb is just to lumpy and bouncy. Most hills my ship, is moving so much i cant see

I've improved my score a little : 59/37/132645
The score is still pretty low, but I'm mostly disappointed with the 59. I exploded at something like 59.8, so you can imagine my frustration. My heart was beating like mad at the subsonic zones, so I managed to lose 70hp wall-banging :redface:
Also given detonator a try : 646050,14/14 stages,70.8% mines cleared, 13/14 bombs
EDIT : yeldar, DP, I was actually talking about the 4th turn yesterday. So much zoning made forget how to count^^
Oh right lol. I find with the 4th turn if you stay really far to the left, at the higher speeds the nose of the craft will kick up a little. When this happens if you slam on the steering + brakes you can usually make the turn without hitting the wall at all....then after all that try to avoid crashing and burnin like a fool at the entrance to the tunnel :brickwall
First turn is a nightmare for me :nod
Just realised I won't be with my PS3 again before this competition ends. Gah noo. How about next week is Speed Lap and Zone? :P
