I look forward to laying hands on that paper model and reskinning it as a 2097 qirex :)
You're definetely right, Lion. They should have used that design for the Qirex and the other way around.

Excellent. One of the best ship designs by the way ^____^
WOOOOOOOOWW!
Look what happens when I don't check the forum for awhile!
These are amazing! Can't wait to get some $$ together to get these printed and made! Pretty soon, my desk will be totally WipEd!
Thanks for making these SO MUCH!
I know you've realized the dreams of many WipErs here.
Alien99, I think I speak for the entire WipEoutZone community when I say... "Congratulations! Gold awarded!"
This is probably, the greatest paper model designer of all time! Ive saved em all to my computer and Im waiting for my printer, so I can print these suckers out!
Well, I just want to throw in my aproval and praise for a magnificent job, my friend!
I saved all your printoffs, just a matter of time before I get them all put together. And I can't wait to see you do a version of Auricom!:robot
I found this forum today.
Your models are excellent, I'm making the Icaras one now.
Your Feisar links don't work :( <--- edit-- I found the one on page 13
Hi Stew2000 : wellcome to the site, if you want to present yourself you can do it into the 'Pilots lounge forum '.
Enjoy your stay here :)
These really are excellent :clap .
I enjoyed making this one :)

Feisar & Assegai look harder.
You do it quickly : great result :+
I think i am going to wait till Jan starts Triakis & Piranha to get my ships too ;)
My fav ship is Auricom.
It only took 4 hours :)
But the others look like they will take longer.

I put the Air Brakes on 8)

Now that *tosses an apple into the air* looks cool to me! 8)
Why did you toss an apple in the air?
Possibly to show that they are susceptable to gravitational forces, thus proving that the Icaras is far superior. I'm absolutely amazed by these paper models. I would pay to even get a book with the cut outs to make them.
I've made the Fraiser and Icarus, they turned out alright.
I'm working on the Assegai right now, it's easly the hardest of the bunch.
I look forward to your next work jan, fantastic stuff.
I know I'm new to this forum but how did I missed this topic???
I won't be very original by telling you this alien but it's absolutely amazing what you can make with your hands!!!
You are such a great artist, a real strength radiates from your your drawings and when you fold a piece of paper the result is splendid!!
Nuff respect!!
stew2000, what did you use to make the models? Just ordinary printer paper or card?
I used ordinary Epson Ink Jet paper. (and pva glue :P)
It's fairly strong but the sides bow a bit.
Best one yet.
Not only the models are very nice, also the pics are awesome. :+
Puma 1 and Coke both look sweet, and those pics of all seven ships together are just beautiful. Great job! :+
What ship is next then? I'm still in favour of AG Systems.
Awesome as always, Jan :)
I'm sure Puma 2 will follow. And then I'll definitely keep my hand up for AG-Systems :)
Wow. I havent actually seen the coke one before. Nice work
about that COKE CRAFT...I had this pic only:
http://media.arstechnica.com/journal...ia/wipeout.jpg
so the rest is my imagination only :cowboy
and agree..the next one will be PUMA 2:+
Waaaaaaaoooowwww !
You're work extremely fast ! And they look like in the game...
Simply awesome !
I've tried to make some papermodels 2 years ago (from Wip3out) but they were not so beautiful and polished as yours !
Jan, which paper are you using, 80g?!
for this wipeout models is most suitable quarter paper 120~160g/m2
I´m using 160g.
for bigger model like 1:1 pulse rifle is better harder-200~250g/m2
to RX:..great models....have you some archives of that group of models?...
..share them:hyper
Just gorgeous.
