That music is pure win! So many songs that I had been looking for were in there! :D
Thanks for the link KIGO! :+
I just started to play in zone mode with won't get fooled again by the who, it's perfect for me I find it uplifting and it just last the time you need to reach subsonic :) but you'd better turn down audio effects
Have any of you tried the new Prodigy album it goes pretty good with the game!
Personally I don't think it suits WipEout 100% but I just found this music through Audiosurf radio. Good stuff :+
Synthetic Sinergy
You may want to Google search the name though, as the links to DL the albums on their profile are dead/blocked.
check this track

its awesome i think im adding it to my wipeout playlist :D
Personally I think the original is better, the remix is just sped up a bit too much for my liking.
Custom playlists are one of the big draws of WipEout HD for me, even with my music taste :paperbag
Here's a taste of a couple of playlists I use to play WipEout to:
Kraftwerk - Tour De France
New Order - Blue Monday
FGTH - Two Tribes
Ride - Leave Them All Behind (inappropriate for me in online races :( )
Rush - Animate
Gong - A Sprinkling Of Clouds
Prodigy - Girls
Jam And Spoon - Stella
Jean Michel Jarre - Zoolook
Jan Hammer - Crockett's Theme
masters of the universe by juno reactor.
Zone mode - Mr Self Destruct, Nine Inch Nails.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xayJHm0ZWJI
In fact any NIN on any mode sounds good.

bangin' tune!!!!
Pendulum - Propane Nightmares
SKC - The Code (Andy C Remix)
Chris SU - Desert Siege

As my first WipEout HD soundtrack got wiped out (pun intended) when my PS3 died in the beginning of April, I decided to remake it and I use the same list with Burnout Paradise because I can't stand emo rock. So, without any further ado, here it is, sorry if the list is too long for the site, I've been on a little break from this site so I'm not quite sure if such a text dump is allowed.
The Essential Kickass Masterpieces is the humorous name of this unofficial soundtrack. Dun dun dunnn!

Orbital - Way Out
Orbital - Tension
Orbital - Tootled
Orbital - Beelzebeat

OMG! DéjÃ* vu!!! :p
slimjim - There are a few forum guidelines that it's good to try to stick to. They might seem a bit strict but make a fair amount of sense and really help out those who are using the forum from a mobile device. I for one was quite pleased they existed when I went away and only had my PSP to browse the forum on.
Here's the link in case you missed them:

I see many trance tracks around here, i am not the only one who likes this style.
For Fury, i will have this session, of two friends of mine.
Twinwaves pres - Tendance is Alive
A 7 hour set with 1999-2000 Trance music, for that i will have many of the fury time with this set.
More Noisia! I actually discovered HD from them, they are my all time favourite producers and I read that they were featuring a song in this game so I checked it out. I'd reccomend Diplodocus, Gutterpump, Hairy Anchor, their BBC breakbeat set and Fade to Grey, but just about any of their tunes rock.
Gutterpump is actualy from Hustle Athletics, thats one of their psuedo's.(so it is Noisia....only a different name haha) If you guys want autographs(lol), I can arrange that. (I think the shirts are 15 euro's or something..)
Yeah man, they release under the name Drifter and some other Hip Hop pseudo aswell, but you only really see the other names on the EP's. I've met them twice when they've played in Perth but I didn't get any autographs, I was wayyy too bent haha.
Few days ago I did a little entry on my LastFM to talk about the music I was using in WipEout (I also liked that entry to our WipEoutZone LastFM group there). Hope you find it usefull and don't doubt to leave a comment there if you feel like giving suggestions or whateve !

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this song before, but i've found it's fantastic for Zone mode: Primavera - Ludovic Einaudi
Thought id share a few of the smoother dnb tracks on my list :) love it when either of these drop in. Just sit back, relax, and try to coast my ship to the finish line :)
Pendulum - Sounds of Life
Pendulum - Streamline
Calibre - Second Sun (doesnt kick in till 1.30 or so)
Calibre - Deep Everytime
Komatic - Untold Stories
Eric Prydz - Pjanoo (High Contrast Remix)
Logistics - The Trip
:hyper:hyper:hyper
Future Sound Of London - Papua New Guinea [Nu:Tone]
Remix of a classic wipeout fusion tune :)
D Kay & DJ Lee - How Much Does it Take [HD]
Good stuff, OBH. :+
My girlfriend says I waste to much time playing wipeout, so now I'm
listerning to 'Teach yourself Spanish' while I waste my time. Si hermanos!!
rofl ! do you manage to do both things right? :D
I just concentrate on wipeout, language track is sort of in the background - but its going in though.
I can only imagine:
Will you subconciously start cursing in Spanish now when things go wrong during a race? :lol
I doubt it, things never go wrong when I race... Ok hardly ever.
I recently migrated from my totally customized soundtrack to solid Wipeout nostalgia: I straight up ripped the songs from Wipeout, Wipeout XL, and Wipeout 3, and plopped them all into a playlist. I'd have to go take an actual look at my old playlist to remember what's on there...
she- supersonic this poped up in my playlist on the run when i first got zone zues so i knew it was going to happen
