About time there was a good Burgertown run on You Tube. Great run and great time, but while watching I was thinking you could go faster than that, and I see by the front page and your comments that you have done so. Nothing equals the rhythm of that circuit and it`s great to see you still playing the best Sausage-themed track ever (and it is certainly unbettered in Pure and amongst the top 10 of all tracks in the series im(nsf)ho). Sneaky turbo spot too, I never thought of that one. :+

Thanks guys for the comments! Do I hear some :burger love?! Yeah, hell yeah. About that turbo spot, just found it last week, only 4 years after the release of the game :paperbag. I wanna record some more races but I really have to get used to the PSP to TV with component cable setup. It really gets me off my timing.
Mad-ice, you may want to try running your PSP out to a different TV or perhaps a computer monitor. Using my little 17" LG LCD TV, I really don't think I experience latency-- or at least, very little compared to playing on the PSP itself. I can pilot pretty much as well using video out as not, though either way I am not nearly as good as you at this game :P

does it get your timing off due to latency, or just because of the big screen? Haven't seen the video yet, can't watch it where I work.
I think both, but I need more practise with it, so I can deal with it better. I do not have another LCD to try it on Frances, but when I get the chance, I will.

I love all the Omega tracks, better than all except the Classic2 tracks (Vohl Square!:rock). So are there more Pure videos to come?:D

Vohl Square is an awesome one though it drives me a bit nuts waiting for the shield to replentish when going for lap records :)
I am looking forward to seeing more vids of Pure-- there are an astonishingly small number. Now that the PSPgo allows DS3 support, maybe there will be a rush of new vids coming out!

That Mandrashee one particularly. Strange, I found that track really easy in Fusion, and almost impossible in Pure (but then I find all tracks in Pure almost impossible:lol).

No new records or anything here, but pretty good runs for me - I'm not much of a Pure player (16 hours or so total play time, I think). No idea why I chose Single Race mode either - I'm unlucky with weapons pickups, and I hate Pure's evil cheating AI.:lol

Internal view on Pure rules:banzai! Feels faster, and to me makes it easier - the ship doesn't seem to slide around so much. I play external view on Pulse though (and Fusion when I played that). That's a different kind of game (and my favourite WO:D).
