Quality is bad and not the cleanest lap but it gives the idea. That double BR before the split is tough!

My lap is identical cept I took the right split :)

having difficulty with even basic br's atm, and that boost br is near impossible for me somehow on the straight. Can't even see how you get a double there, lol...
26.79, 9SP's, 6BR's.
Think I can actually beat yeldar this week if I can pull off that double BR more consistently...

I've managed to do that double now but I get taken over by my ghost on the following corner before hump every time. Think it's because I boosted a bit later

Turns out I can't beat yeldar (who was I kidding?) as I can't chain together that double BR as well as get everything else right on the same lap.

Might have a better chance at getting a decent time for this one, now I can do that double into the tunnel, I'll have a go tomorrow.

I have a 20:84 - 6 BR - 9 pads - Fury. Not too bad for this old tank (the ship, not me) ;)
I just can't get a boost/BR at the start.
If I boost-br at the start on this track, it always makes me overshoot the boost anyway. I hate this track so much in SL!

How can you get six? Five I can possibly see, but not six. o.0
there's at least 8 without using bsb
boost-br into the lap, boost-br at the first pad, hit the peak of the slope for another, br at the cut in the tunnel, br from raised track to the left of the straight before the next tunnel, br down the next cut, br off the lower hill's plateau, which can net you enough speed/air to get another one.
I haven't done this track in a while on rapier so I may be a little off
Not sure you can get the one going into the tunnel at the end on this speed.

I don't know for sure about the G45, but that br definitely can be done with the Furymau and Icaras on rapier.

FYI the barrel roll into the 2nd tunnel does work with G45. Haven't got it nailed yet, can do it maybe 1 in 10 tries.

In other news, does anyone else think that the Fury Qirex is the best improvement over its' HD counterpart?
I managed 21.50, 8 SP's, 3BR's, Fury Qirex.
With regards to Challenger's question - I tried this challenge with both the HD and Fury version of Qirex, and I found that I was much more consistent with the Fury version. It feels more stable and a better all-rounder than its HD counterpart. I was having trouble doing the speed boost into the lap with HD (kept scraping the wall,) but it worked like a charm with Fury.
Struggling this week....

I must the exception that proves the rule then. As far as stats are concerned I agree the Fury Qirex is much improved over the HD version but MY GOD it's and absolut dog around the track: Can't BR with it, can't stay in a straight line, keep marrying walls. I find it really twitchy and hard to control, kinda the opposite of you guys. The only upgrade that is more of a catasrophic fail is EG-X Fury.
Each to his own I guess, I reckon I'm just weird :lol

Where is this third BR that some of you are taking, is it off a lip or a Boost/BR? I tried boosting down the hill to see if it was faster than using it up the hill but I can't beat my time doing it that way. Coming off a lip and doing a BR is losing me time as well.

Depends on which method you use. Oh wait, it doesn't... :lol
1. BoostBR from the open section into the tunnel.
2. Off the first crest going up the hill
3. 2nd crest going into the long bend.
4. Final chicane
1. SS-BR on the open section going into the tunnel.

3. 2nd crest going into long bend
4. Final chicane
There are a couple of lip BRs in there but I'm not convinced that they're of much use.
