Ah come on, we're not that harsh. I really like that skin - mainly because it's on a G-45. ;)

I just had to try this out... so I did it's kinda... simple but it's my first attempt at making my national skin

@Oryx: My compliments! I really like your artwork, furthermore it is a great idea to create a "patriotic" skin.
The simplicity is very pleasant, so I like the result very well. :+

Here's the skin I made for Piranha, first one for me. It's nothing special compared to all the awesome stuff I've seen here, but it's ok I guess. Haven't had a chance to race with it yet.

UPDATE: Looks really good so far. Just need to add in the rear engine design, then test it on the game before I finish.

How do you edit these present day?

Unfortunately, nobody has reverse-engineered the necessary tools at this time. The closest you can get is a long and convoluted process that involves the Paint.NET software, and the PS2 port's SDK in order to convert to PSP-compatible files.
