I think you can keep this possibility to end the meeting after someone reached 4 wins Challenger, like the nba finals. I would like to set myself up for a challenge after friday & my sheduled avalon cup meeting against Sir Shapealot btw. No matter the result ah ah (probably bad for me). My tracks/mode choice are :

-Moa R SR/No weapons/phantom(5 laps)
-Tech de Ra F/SR/Weapons/phantom(5 laps)
-Sol 2 R/SR/Weapons/phantom(5laps)

Saturn could you please rename the thread, we exchanged some text messages with Challenger, this topic is really nice in order to set some good 1vs1, so why not just rename it 1vs1 meetings or something better. Challenger doesn't want "the magec academy 1vs1 test" lol.

If you're reading this Saturn, I'd be more than happy to change the name of this to the '1 on 1 Challenge Thread' or the like. Like kanar says in his other threads, it's worth to get some practice or even settle old scores.

One day I'll learn how to play this Zone Battle thing, I seriously suck at it. As soon as the speed goes above Phantom I just can't hit the speed pads.

Got my race in against Dreamy. ^^ He thrashed me soundly at Chenghou, but I'll go out on a limb and say that the 1-on-1 at Metropia Reverse was the best Race I've ever had in WipEout HD. :3 Sorry to everyone else, but that was just seat-of-the-pants excitement, followed shortly by Modesto which I messed up through my own stupid fault.

And then he goes and has the cheek to beat me at Zone Battle! :O And I thought there was something I was good at... :redface:

Anyway, pleasure to play you Dreamy, look forward to another match maybe in the future when I'm not flying a brick. ;)

regarding zone battle, i'm a big fan of Zone but i don't play zone battle at all, i hate those barriers! lol, i also missed many zone pads...

i was a bit rusty because i dont play wipeout much lately but i was happy with my performance^^
