nose down as you approach the second SP after the turn, then as you pass it simultaneously nose up and side-shift left and that's where you can do the BR.
Ahh I see. I was using the SP but going up on the lip and doing it that way. It would give me way too much airtime though - cheers wolf, I might be able to beat my time now :+

I cannot do a double br on the bridge on venom to save my life. Tried it on flash and its brilliant, but my word its hard on venom :brickwall

Was mucking around trying to get the double BR (which just wasn't happening, btw) and surprisingly managed an ok smooth BR over the lip/ramp which nudged me in front of my Icaras ghost

hmmmmm. Had a quick go. Didnt realise a boost br is possible. You can fly round first corner.

I reckon someone could get close to the 22.32 world record if you can land the elusive 7th br.
Hitting 3 off the bsb, and then 2 on the final straight is no small feat though.

No bsb just the dolphin br I allways overhit it if I try the bsb.

Wonder where people are using their boost? If you land a good bsb you can use it on the final straight to land a sneaky double br with no crazy shifting :)
Personally I'd say go for the crazy shifting at the end. Actually it's not that crazy - simple right SS-BR, left SS-BR off the pad and you're golden. Much easier than a lot of the mental stuff barny, shape, phaeton, leung etc pull off.
Try doing the double on venom, it's well hard, like concrete and vinnie jones :g

Well, maybe not faster, just a damn sight easier than the shift br i find :beer i know if you can land the double br at the end without a boost you can use it inbetween the tunnels for another br... i just cant do that shifting br very well at all.

I just testin my phone recording ability, it uploads easy enough but not the best, shows the double br though, i nosedive down after 1st br then you get the bounce up to get 2nd br a tap on left handbrake works just as well as a left ss.

Not had a great deal of time with this but I've still failed big time 24.xx. Never been very good at this track and never will.
I haven't had much of an effort this week but I'm in the same boat as you KGB. Most of my wipeout time has been spent on TDR< venom (I'm not kidding when I say I've done a lot of laps on that track this week, and 90% of them being fruitless in beating a time I got after only my first 150 laps), and now I totally suck at everything else in the game :lol
burnt out, for sure.

I didn't fly too much on SL, it was "TT Week" ;)

its all in the bsb on this track. Hitting 3 brs off the line without a boost is damn handy.
Everything else is subtle, simple racing lines.
This week has come to a close - some absolutely amazing times this week - really put my 25.26 to shame :p

Not a great time, i found that 3 BRs at least are possible on this track at this speed, but someone must start the show isn't it ? :p

Was trying to get a br off the first right hander and then boost at the end, got it a couple of times but it destroys my line. So the fastest way at the moment for me is boost at the start.

I also tried to do what you're talking about KGB but to no avail.

2nd br was the standard left-shifting one after the mag strip.
I tried getting 2 off the boost up the hill at the beginning, but the line just isnt as good as a single br even on a good run.
Bit scared of how close everyone else is despite landing only a single br...
Didn't think you could do that one after the mag strip on Rapier. I can't do it on Phantom anyway :frown:, who's got a video of this?
If you could get the one I was doing plus Haydns and then the boost/BR at the end it would be a fast lap! Are these the three you meant Leungbok?

My 3 would be boostbr over the line, boost at the hill as per usual, then obh's at the left hander after the mag. Can't say for sure thouGh

A boost/br start is possible (phaeton showed that on a video), after you can br at the exit of the left turn after the mag (sideshift) and sideshift again (right) to do another BR at the last small right turn (phaeton again showed that ;))Quote:

I can pull off the mag strip BR once every 20 laps maybe (but only after I have a bad start or invalided the lap already :g). I think I'm trying it too early or got the approach all wrong. :/
