Darkdrium777 - It's a real shame because that profile looks awesome. Nice work. I hope you can fix it somehow. There has to be a way, although I sure don't know how.

Wotan - Thanks. I can never get over how sharply you guys make turns though. I can't seem to do that. Maybe it's the d-pad? I think maybe with a quick push of the stick a quicker turn is possible. I need to learn :D

LOL permanent death!!!!! Hmmmm could this be a feature that they have kept in the original code that is rearing it's ugly head? I mean they did say they were going to keep you dead till the end of the race when the game was early in development.

Correction Axel: they said they would make permanent death an option in a patch, in regards to the complaints (mainly a lot of mine :lol) about the respawn.

I wouldn't call it a glitch, more like "the way it's supposed to be".
SL, use that glitch and make it a feature kthx :D

Never experienced it. Didn´t even know about the problem ´till I saw your video.
And then it happens to me today! Not Ubermall, but Anulpha Pass. Ship acting like a lunatic for quite a long time - (I even had time to get the camcorder, but didn´t) - and then the same sad story as your video shows :frown:
Only one positive thing to say: This kind of "Spectator Mode" looks way better than the one incoorporated in WO since patch 1.30 :eek

JJPAP - It happens on all tracks in a session. We created a new session at the time and it still happened every race. In the chatbox at the time, those in the other game session were also experiencing the same thing. Crazy, huh!

I fear the boost-select-boost trick has somewhat ruined speed lap. It still takes skill to pull of and all, but I don't like that it's the same one discovery and the same skill that can be used on so many tracks. Thanks for sharing though leungbok, at least everyone can see it, which makes it fair.

I don't think the boost-select-boost can be used (advantageously) on every tracks. And on the few tracks where it's possible you have to find the correct manner and the exact place to use it. It's a new feature of wohd as the barrel rolls were a new feature on psp's wipeouts. It'll change nothing on the ranking hierarchy on the long term. I don't see what's the problem with this option, we can put the game further and find new strategies on speedlaps. It's a way of discovering the game with a new sight, just before the future dlc are released ;)
