He's a great driver, but I can't help but feel the expectations of him will be too great, especially in an off-pace car.

And if schumi does come back maybe kimi will pull his finger out and drive good
how would it look if schumi out performs him

My bf just made me watch this film called the midnight meat train......
Its was absouloutly disgusting, it had vinny jones in it as a psychopath killer and he just killed people in the most graphic ways you can imagine and there was a bit in the film when he hit a man in the back of the head with a meat tenderising hammer so hard, both of his eyeballs flew out of the front of his head.
It was definatley the most nasty horrific film i have ever seen, and im never gonna get on a late train again:nod

Fellow WoW hater here. It gets under peoples skin too much. Starts off as endless gaming sessions, then endless chat sessions, then clandestine real-life meetings and the next thing you know, it's grounds for divorce. It's evil :frown:

While having a late night snack yesterday, a large piece of one of my teeth fell out. 2nd upper molar, left side. I have an old amalgam filling it that tooth, and that is probably partly if not fully responsible for this. Many of my friends around my age have had to have their old amalgam fillings replaced with the new porcelain fillings.
Price of dental care being what it is here, I could really use my students' discount (25%), but I only paid my fees yesterday and it will be at least 4-5 days if not longer until I recieve the new student ID card valid for this semester. At least the missing bit of the tooth is just annoying, and not painful. So now I wait, and hope I can get by with a porcelain filling and don't have to get a crown or whatever it's called when you pull the old tooth and put in a fake one.
FML...

@okam Yeesh. I know how you feel with that one. I had a chunk fall out of one of mine and I can't afford to go to the dentist either. I had to make do with one of those awful temporary DIY dental kits. The only dentists around here charge stupid prices. I can't even get discounts, because Incapacity Benefit doesn't cover it. Ugh.
-
If the filling falls out, then the remaining natural part of the tooth has no support; biting something firm could easily break the remaining bits. Don't chew on ice to keep cool!
-
I thought that would be obvious Lance.
The only previous advice I have taken from any forum member regarding dental matters was from Stinkelroy.
It was very good advise [That's on the proviso that you were not expected to make a speech].....CLOVE OIL is DEAD Numbing to the tooth & somewhat unexpectedly [unless forewarned] to your tongue and every other part of ones mouth.
Not the greatest training speech I've ever performed.:turd
-
I remember clove oil being somewhat nice tasting. It's just a shame I had a mishap with that involving my cheek, my teeth and a horrendously long wait to have my mouth seen to at the hospital. These days I don't use it anymore. Having a nice taste certainly does not outshine the mouth-related injury risks. :P
-
blackwiggle, of course it's obvious, but that doesn't mean that I haven't ignored the danger and foolishly chewed on ice, anyway, :D
-
* pictures blackwiggle drooling heavily infront of a crowd * Hahaha :P
Most of my amalgam filling is still intact, its part of the actual tooth that fell out (allthough there is a bit of amalgam attached to the bit that came off). No exposed nerves I think, at least no pain while eating or drinking today, and I had ice cream, ice cold water, and hot tea in addition to hot meals. I didn't chew on that side, but I'm sure something must have touched that one tooth during the day, especially the liquids. I am a bit worried about more bits coming loose but when I checked in the mirror the rest looks solid enough. Just a bit of a rough edge around the "hole". SHould be OK while I wait for that student ID card.
BTW, "temporary DIY dental kits", what on earth are those? Like DIY filling? o.O
Prices are bad here, but not for everyone. Everyone gets free dental care until they turn 22, students get discounts (varies from place to place), pensioners and those on benefits or disability can get most of the cost covered, same if you need care due to illness (cancer) or you get in an accident (reconstructions, etc).
It's really only costly for otherwise healthy adults with paychecks (and students age 22+, of which I am one).
-
Aye, they are. A lot of Dental repair kits only last so long though, so you'll probably have no choice but to go see a dentist eventually. I've had to make do with using it, waiting for it to fail and re-using it.
