2012-06-30: Changes to account details - avoid using "Contact Us"

Hi guys

I've received a number of messages through the Contact Us form recently regarding changes to account names and other things. If you need any alterations to account details beyond your control and you have good reason, please send me a PM directly through the forum rather than using Contact Us, as it can be used by anyone and does not require you to be logged in. If it comes to me via PM, then I definitely know it's you :)
