Unlocking ship skins in Pulse PS2

Hi all.
In Pulse PSP you could unlock all ship skins for all 12 crafts by simply maximizing loyalty points to 100.000 for one ship. I've just noticed, this method is not possible in the PS2 version! Reaching 100.000 points for one ship in PS2 doesn't result in anything. You need to unlock all ship skins manually by racing with every single ship to the required loyalty points level, which I think was 25.000 (Zone ship available in single race). The alternative skin requires 5000 loyalty points (4000 in the PSP version), that I know for sure.
