Icaras vs. Piranha Tournament!

Well everyone, I was thinking of making a tournament in which 8 contenders participate, 4 flying with Icaras and 4 flying with Piranha! The reason of this thread is to "subscribe" the contenders over to the Tournament, so if you are willing for this just say which ship you will use and in order of post you will be assigned here.

Here is how the tournament should go:

I will randomly select users of the same ship team to team up, this will mean teams of 2 people will be created (2 Icaras in one team, 2 Piranhas in another team, etc) a Tournament race will be created, with Random maps at Phantom Speed, in which 10 races will be completed. Once the Tournament race finishes, users will gather up their points with the person of their team and who ever gets the most points win!

Users have the freedom to use either normal or Fury ships.

PS: What do you guys think about this?

I was also thinking in which the WINNER, should be awarded a special forum title such as IVP Winner, no extra permissions only just that title.

I'm glad to see that you're eager to start up a tournament like this, though I actually came up with an idea for a teams-based championship here - http://www.wipeoutzone.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7982

If you'd like, I could add you to the Icaras list and we could hunt for a few more pilots for the cause. :) I wouldn't mind jumping ship to Piranha for the ease of racing, and also because it's nigh impossible to find Piranha Phantom pilots given the fish's poor handling. But I may as well make an effort to try myself at something else. ^^ Shouldn't be hard to find some Icaras pilots.
